Nitric acid is a strong mineral acid and has strong oxidation properties. The material is usually colorless, but can have a yellow tint to it. The material is most frequently used to for nitration.
Veckridge sells the material in bulk tank-trucks out of Ohio and IBCs, 55 gallon & 15 gallon drums out of our warehouse in Kearny, NJ. All nitric acid must be packaged in deposit stainless steel containers, so this material is only available within a 4 hour radius of our primary warehouse.
